Imposter Syndrome. It sucks. And you’re not alone in feeling it. After doing some research I found that 70% of the people in this country have at least a passing acquaintance with the feelings or symptoms that are associated with imposter syndrome. These thoughts come along with feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, unworthiness, perfectionism, and fear of failure.
I feel it too. But I’ve also found that talking about these thoughts and feelings is one of the best ways to move past these thoughts and feelings. So here we go, let’s talk about it.
